Blotched Locations Needed

Below is a list of locations we are looking for in the production of the feature film Blotched! If you know of any location that fit's these locations in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater/Sarasota area please contact us at Blotchedmovie@gmail.com. We would preferably want locations that already have some design behind them in terms of the feel of the location for the story! Please not the reference pictures are just to give a visual idea and we are open to anything!

Descriptions of Locations

Ann's Apartment

The small homey apartment. A place with many books, No white walls, could play as a loft. 20 something freelance writers apartment.
Picture

Gloria's House

Small quaint house - almost grandma like. Prefer colors of brown, tan, no very bright colors. At least no white walls! The home should have an older feel to it.
Picture

Everest's House

Cluttered small house - low income. Prefer interior light blue walls or aqua. Messy,, house could be falling apart a bit (Peeling paint, cracks on walls).
Picture

Cafe

chill inner city cafe. Somewhere you would go to write with a cup of coffee. Not too busy.
Picture

Jewish Temple (Church)

Jewish temple preferably with a reception area either interior or a nice exterior that a reception could be held at.
Picture

Office Lobby

This is meant to be a cool modern swanky lobby of a magazine office. The magazine writes about beauty (Think Elle or Glamour).
Picture

Art Gallery

An art gallery preferably showcasing local artists. Should be large enough for a small party like event.
Picture

Green Screen / Photo Shoot Stage

The studio should have either a green screen or white screen setup. These will just play as a backdrop and show people setting up. The actual scene will take place outside the green/white screen.
Picture

Exterior Closed Real Estate Office

The office can still be opened, but should be able to look like it's abandoned and closed from the outside. It would be great to have a small office that stands on it's own (As a separate building from anything else). We only need to shoot the outside.
Picture

Sail Boat

Looking for a small sail boat we can shoot one scene on. We would love to park it somewhere with a view of downtown Tampa. The boat should be large enough for 2 cast members an 4-5 crew members. Large then the reference pictures would probably be better!
Picture

Julie's House

Large two story house. We already have a great option for this, but I'm always open to more especially if we could find an option on the water! Modern, cool, and artsy preferable.
